Shipping Policies
Diggler strives to ship all non-electric scooters on the same day or on the following business day. 
$25 Flat Rate shipping per scooter applies only to customers in the lower 48 states. If item is back-ordered Diggler will notify the customer the same day or following business day. All order are shipped UPS ground
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a flat rate shipping and processing fee of $100 per scooter. All orders are shipped via UPS.
All Non Scooter orders are subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 customers in the lower 48 states or $29.95 for customers in Alaska and Hawaii. All orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS if under 13 ounces. 
International Shipments to Canada are subject to a flat rate shipping and processing fee of $84.95 per scooter or $29.95 for non-scooter items. All orders are shipped UPS Standard to Canada
International Shipments to Europe are subject to a flat rate shipping and processing fee of $299.95 per scooter. Diggler will not ship electric scooters Europe. (Interested in being a distributor? Please contact info@diggler.com) European orders must be processed over the phone or via email. Web orders are not available to European customers
International Shipments to Australia are subject to a flat rate shipping and processing fee of $349.95 per scooter. Diggler will not ship electric scooters to Australia. (Interested in being a distributor? Please contact info@diggler.com) Australian orders must be processed over the phone or via email. Web orders are not available to Australian customers
Diggler is not responsible for any Duty, VAT or additional taxes that may be charged after the sale. It is the sole responsibility of the international buyer to check local regulations when buying exported goods.
Electric Scooters:
Please allow 1-2 weeks from the date you place your order for us to ship your item.  If an item you order is on backorder, we will wait until that item is in stock before we ship your order unless otherwise specified. We will not package your order until all items are in stock and will not charge your credit card until items have shipped.

Shipping Damage
If your product is shipped to you and arrives damaged, contact Diggler by phone or e-mail within 3 business days from the date of delivery. Please note that any damage caused by shipping is not covered by any warranty.
Assembly
If your scooter is shipped to you, some basic assembly will be required. Assembly instructions come with each scooter shipment. Diggler knows not everyone is comfortable working with tools and has taken steps to make assembly as easy as possible. If need be most bike shops will assemble Diggler scooters for a small charge. 
Returns and Exchanges
We at Diggler want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We encourage you to get answers to any questions you have about our products before you buy. For all inquires please email info@diggler.com
All new and un-opened products purchased from Diggler are subject to a 30-day return/exchange period. If product has been opened or used in anyway Diggler will not process a refund, new or used condition as the sole discretion of Diggler. Diggler is not liable for any shipping charges on any returns or exchanges. 
Refunds
Please allow up to 2 weeks for Diggler to process any returns or exchanges. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment that you originally used (i.e. paid with credit card, refund by credit card).
